I was beyond excited to photograph these 3 adorable and very sweet little girls this past weekend.  The older 2 ladies have such amazing and very different personalities (one ready to pose and one ready to run!) and baby G, who turned 1 today, is absolutely scrumptious!  And now I introduce the V sisters!

Oh Christmas Tree | FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

It's no secret that I love Christmas.  I'm usually the one with the lights and Christmas tree up weeks before everyone else, but this year I somehow fell behind.  I can't complain about being busy because I'm busy doing what I love, being a mom and photographing lovely people of course!  Well, last week, my 5 year old asked why everyone except us had a tree...Ok, I guess I waited too long!  So off to the local tree farm (a family tradition and highly recommended if you live in Abbotsford--it's the Venier's tree farm, up by Ledgeview Golfcourse) to pick the perfect tree.  We found not only a gorgeous tree, but some stunning kiddos to photograph as well!  Merry Christmas to all of my family, friends and clients and I truly hope you have an amazing holiday filled with love and laughter. xoxo

The K Family | FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

I've had the pleasure of photographing this delightful family twice in the past 6 months.  They love to have updated family photos, but that's hard to do when the family keeps growing!  Just a few weeks after the first session, the very lovely daughter of the group got engaged; thus, a new photo was required!  She also moved quite far away and so the holidays seemed the perfect time to meet up, as she's in town for just a short time.  I thought that a new fiance would be the only addition to this family portrait, but as I raised my camera to take the first shot, I couldn't help but notice a tiny baby bump!!  This beautiful family will introduce their first grandchild in May and I am so excited for them!  Merry Christmas and all the best in the new year to come K Family!!

S and D Part 2 | FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

Another perfect session with this darling family!  Part one was just a few short weeks ago, but the seasons have definitely changed and although we lucked out with sun, it was cold!  We all managed to rough it out and thanks to a ton of cooperation from 2 very energetic kids (even when very nervous about posing on train tracks), we got some stunning photos!  These four make up such a beautiful family and I hope that I can have the pleasure of photographing them again!

Five Little Santas | CHILDREN PHOTOGRAPHY

I was thrilled when a past client contacted me and scheduled this session.  Not only is her little guy one of the cutest I've seen, but his cousins are just as adorable as he is!  I must say that wrangling up 5 children was a bit of a challenge, but I was really pleased with the outcome.  I especially love the brother/sister shots and of course the 'out-takes'!  So here they are in all of their holiday glory, the five little santas!
